Today’s creation has a vintage feel. This is one of the new stamps in stock from Crafty Individuals and the fabulous guys at Crafty Individuals were generous enough to send me this stamp to create some samples with – lucky me! 🙂
I thought this would be great on a tag – but as it is in landscape form, I cut an extra large tag.
I started by ripping the edge of a dictionary page and sticking it onto my tag.
I added some colour with Distress Stains – Antique Linen and a bit of Wild Honey to warm up the tones.
Once dry I added some Pumice Stone and Walnut Stain ink from pads. I stamped with Crafty Individuals Crackle stamp and French Script using Walnut Stain.
I stamped my Vintage car stamp using Potting Soil Archival pad and tinted it with Pumic Stone and some Salty Ocean. The same colours were used on my die cut flower with a bit of crackle stamp added and a final touch was a bit of a die cut flower stem for behind my flower.
You’ll be seeing this stamp again I am sure!
