Frequently Asked Questions
What happens if an item I order is out of stock?
We stock thousands of products and many of them are available via this website. We try our best to keep stock levels of our online products accurate, but occasionally an item's stock level can be wrong, most likely if the item has just been sold in one of the other outlets at which we sell our stock. If you order a product that is out of stock and we know more stock is due in within a few days, we will automatically put it on back order and send that item on when back in stock. If there is a delay or we cannot get the item back in stock, for small value items such as beads and charms we will put in a substitute or more of another item you have ordered, or contact you if it is a larger item. You can of course request to be refunded for the missing item if the alternative is not suitable for you.
My order has not arrived, what shall I do?
Our orders are dispatched via Royal Mail 2nd class service, high value orders are tracked. 90% of our orders arrive within a few days, on the odd occasion an order may take anything up to 10 days to arrive. We are unable to declare your order lost and issue any replacement or refund until 10 working days have passed until dispatched. We have sent 1000s of overs for over a decade and it is very rare a parcel does not arrive, please be reassured it will be with you.
I would like to order an item that is out of stock on your website - is this possible?
It may well be!... just drop us an email and we can advise if we are expecting new stock to be delivered.
I am a local customer and I would like to collect my order and not pay postage - is this possible?
We are based in Harleston Norfolk, and it can sometimes be possible to collect the order in person. Please contact us by email and we can make the necessary arrangements.
